Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

When will my item arrive?

It depends on where your item is being shipped to. We are shipping from Atlanta, GA. We estimate delivery to most places within the United States to be between 3-7 business days. But it can take longer for more remote areas.

Please note that our shop is currently only able to ship within the US.

How do I calculate shipping costs?

Depending on your cart size many of our fine art prints ship in the US for free!

For other items like original paintings, the shipping costs is automatically calculated by the shipping carriers based on the weight and size of the packaged being shipped.

For commissioned works the estimated shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced prior to shipment of the completed piece.
This is also based on the final artwork size and shipping destination.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your items have shipped out you will get an email notification and a tracking number attached to it. This tracking number will be linked to the carrier tracking website and if you click on it, it will allow you to track the status of your order.

In some cases, tracking updates could take 24-48 hours to update accurately. Alternatively, you can always contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number and they will be able to give you more accurate tracking information.
